😋 TASTIEST and EASIEST MEAT LASAGNA!

Lasagna is an Italian dish consisting of lasagne baked with meat or vegetables and a cheese sauce.

Ingredients

20 sheets of lasagna (pre-cooked)

600 g minced meat

2 onions

1 garlic clove

1/2 bunch of parsley

70 g tomato sauce/or minced tomatoes

50 g flour

50 g butter

1/2 l milk

50 g grated parmesan

Pepper

Salt

Preparation

Preparation: 30 min

Cooking: 35 min

Total Time: 1h05

Chop the onions, garlic and parsley and mix them with the minced meat.

Heat a little olive oil in a pan and cook the stuffing, stirring often, for 5 minutes.

At the end of cooking, turn off the heat, mix with the tomato sauce and set aside.

Make a béchamel with butter, flour and milk.

Butter a gratin dish, arrange a layer of lasagna sheets, then a layer of ground meat, then a layer of béchamel.

Finish with a layer of bechamel sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Brown in a hot oven for 1/2 hour.
